Siddharth Sharma and Priyank Sharma's rivalry continues in Puncch Beat season 2 on ALTBalaji

The best days of everyone's lives are the school days and the month of June always takes us back to the best times of our school and high-school days. During such unprecedented times, ALTBalaji is here to take you down the memory lane of your high school days with the launch of season 2 of the popular high-school drama Puncch Beat.   

The youth drama released in 2019, introducing popular youth faces like Priyank Sharma, Siddharth Sharma, Harshita Gaur, and Khushi Joshi to the digital world, became one of the top-rated digital series for the young netizens. On popular demand by the audiences, the makers were compelled to bring back another season of the show, despite the pandemic taking over the world. Puncch beat, which showcases a gamut of emotions and perplexities, love and desires, choices and dilemmas mixed with entertainment, drama, and millennials' choices, is quite popular amongst the youths.  

Puncch Beat Season 2 takes us back to the prestigious institution known as the school of champions, Rosewood High. Season 1 ended when Ranbir and Rahat, played by Priyank Sharma and Siddharth Sharma, were battling out for the Championship trophy in the finals for the unversed. While it was a tough match and the two were going strong, out of nowhere, Divyanka (Harshita Gaur) entered the ring and knocked Ranbir down with the chair. The second season will kickstart from where it ended to find out what happens when Rahat and Ranbir enter the ring once again? The new season promises to drop twists after twists while keeping the audience at the edge of their seats as the investigation unfurls the mystery.   

In the trailer earlier released, we see how Rahat tells Ranbir, 'Tujhe abhi bhi aisa hi lagta hai mujhe kisi table chair ki zarurat hai tujhe knock out karne ke liye.' This is enough to prove that in the second season of Puncch Beat the Rahat and Ranbir rivalry will intensify.   

In the meantime, loyal fans are swooning over Puncch Beat's anthem, which also played an integral part in the first season. The show's trailer, teaser, poster, and original soundtracks have garnered unprecedented views across social media platforms. As we saw in the trailer, the show is filled with youthful fun flavours with freshly brewing romances, glamourous parties, cheerleading, and combat. However, the drama quotient starts as Rahat is announced as the Head Boy of the Year by Maya Choudhary. It doesn't go well with Ranbir Choudhary.  

Starring Priyank Sharma, Harshita Gaur, Siddharth Sharma, Khushi Joshi, and Samyukhta Hegde in primary roles, the show also features Kajol Tyagi, Urfi Javed, Nikhil Bhambri, Sindhuja Turlapati, Niki Aneja Walia, Samir Soni, Rushad Rana, Kasturi Banerjee, Poppy Jabbal, Anuj Choudhry and Mrinmai Kolwalkar in prominent roles. The season is produced by Balaji Telefilms and is directed by Akshay Choubey.
