    You may have received a forward message on social media and messengers that states that from 1/4/2017 all properties are invalid for one year and that you can't sell or buy any property until u register your properties in the E-Property Pass book.

    The message states:

    We have checked with our sources and can confirm now that this forwarded message circulating on Whatsapp is not correct. Its a fake forwarded message. You may disregard it for now but we cannot rule out this move by our Govt. in future. So do keep an eye on this.
